Throughout this policy, "I", "me", and "my" refer to Crayons and Stuff.

I collect information when you:
Visit or browse this website.
Sign up for Studio Drifts, my newsletter, or other updates.
Make a purchase or contact me.
The types of information may include:
Your name and email address, and any details relevant to your enquiry or purchase.
Non-identifiable analytics data (such as pages viewed, approximate location, and browser type).

If you join Studio Drifts, you may receive occasional emails about new artworks, studio updates, offers, and reflections. I will only send marketing emails if you've given explicit consent (for example, by ticking a sign-up box at checkout or on the site).
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting me directly.
5. Cookies
Privacy matters here, particularly given the nature of some of the work on this site.
This website uses essential cookies necessary for it to function, and analytics cookies that help me understand how visitors use the site. I do not use advertising, personalised, or third-party tracking cookies, and I have deliberately avoided integrations that would introduce them.
Squarespace, the platform hosting this site, and payment processors used at checkout may set their own essential or performance cookies as part of providing their services. These are governed by each provider's own privacy policy. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time.
6. Third-party services
This website and my broader practice use third-party service providers for hosting, payments, analytics, and document storage. These providers include:

Zanda – secure client management and booking system for therapeutic services. [Zanda Privacy Policy]
Dropbox – secure cloud storage for documents and client records. Data is stored on servers located in the United States. [Dropbox Privacy Policy]
Google – website analytics (Google Analytics) and cloud document storage (Google Drive). Data is processed on servers located in the United States. [Google Privacy Policy]

7. Therapeutic practice and confidentiality
This website serves both creative and therapeutic purposes. Initial contact and enquiries made through this site are collected through the same infrastructure as other site functions. Discovery call bookings and all therapeutic services are managed through Zanda, a secure client management system, separately from this website.
Where contact includes therapeutic work — including therapy sessions, enquiries, workshops, or related services — that work is governed by separate professional confidentiality standards and privacy obligations consistent with PACFA registration and relevant Australian privacy requirements. Information shared in a therapeutic context is handled accordingly and is not used for marketing or store purposes.
If you have questions about how your information will be handled in relation to therapeutic services, please contact me before proceeding.
8. Data storage and security
Squarespace hosts this website on secure servers. I take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
9. Your rights
You may:
Request access to the information I hold about you.
Ask me to correct or delete your personal data.
Withdraw consent for analytics or email communication at any time.
To make a privacy request, please contact: [info@alisounneville.com.au]
10. Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children under 16 years of age, and I do not knowingly collect data from them.
11. Updates to this policy
I may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in law or practice. The most recent version will always appear on this page with the updated date.

Terms & Conditions
Returns & Refunds
All artworks, prints, and textile products are made or fulfilled to order. For this reason we don't accept change-of-mind returns.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in full. If your order arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
Prints and original artworks are packaged carefully for transit. If damage occurs, please keep all original packaging as it may be needed for a carrier claim.
Wallpaper is printed to order in the quantity you specify. Samples can be viewed in store at Living Space Studio Gallery, Newhaven, or ordered at cost — please note that each printed batch may have minor colour and sizing variations. Because wallpaper is produced to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors.
Textile products are printed and made to order. Please check dimensions and product details carefully before purchasing.
Workshops are non-refundable within 48 hours of the session. If you need to cancel before that, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you or transfer your booking to another date.
